Graywater Systems
The Richmond County Board of Health voted Tuesday night, July 8, 2008, to adopt a "gray water" ordinance that was required by a Georgia Senate bill passed earlier this year. The new ordinance would allow the wastewater from bathroom sinks, tubs and washing machines to be used to hand water flower gardens and lawns, and for composting. Until now, that water was required to be disposed of through the sewer or a septic tank, environmental health specialist, David Lee, said.

The most obvious advantage of a domestic graywater plumbing system use is that it may potentially replace other water used for landscape irrigation.

Filtered graywater is most suitably used for subsurface irrigation of nonedible landscape plants. Not only does its use on landscapes conserve treated tap water, but graywater plumbing may also benefit plants because it often contains nutrients such as nitrogen or phosphorus. Tankless Water Heaters
 
There are a lot of choices when purchasing a tankless water heater with more coming every day. We have installed many different brands for our customers including Rheem, Rinnai and Takagi. Rinnai tankless water heaters require plumbing installers to be certified and we are a certified Rinnai tankless water heater installer. We have installed over 70 tankless water heaters as of August 2008 and comments from our suppliers lead us to believe that we are one of the most experienced Rinnai tankless water heater installers in the Augusta area. We strongly recommend gas tankless models over electric.

We do not install electric models as we do not believe in their performance right now.
